Book direct
The lowest rate this house has lives here.
Not a dated promotion, not a code that expires: it is house policy. Booking on this page always costs ten percent less than on Airbnb and Booking.com, every day of the year, because there is no one in between to pay.
The full walkthrough
One minute of house, exactly as it is.
Filmed by drone and on foot, from the street door to the edge of the pool. No cuts that stretch the rooms, no framing that promises more than there is. We would rather you know the house before you book it.

The walkthrough
The higher you climb, the more the house wins you over.
Each floor opens something the one below kept to itself: the calm of the entry, the light of the dining room, the quiet of the bedrooms and, at the top, the rooftop with the whole bay in front of it.
What photographs cannot show
Sound-insulated doors and windows throughout the house.
You are in the heart of La Paz, a block from downtown. Inside, the quiet is complete. It was a costly and deliberate decision, and it is why our guests come back: you genuinely rest here.
King bed in the primary suite
Walk-in closet, double vanity and a shower looking out over the bay. The bathroom door slides, so the bedroom keeps all of its space.
Two queen beds
One on the kitchen level, with a sofa bed beside it; the other upstairs, next to the primary. Every bedroom has its own full bath and closet.
Climate and full darkness
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom, and blackout blinds throughout for deep sleep.
Two queen air mattresses
Kept in the house and always available. They let the house sleep up to twelve, or simply let an already-booked group spread out differently — leaving a whole bedroom to whoever is travelling with children, for instance. Guests inflate and place them wherever suits best.
A house that comes with wheels.
Four mountain bikes waiting in the garage from day one, with the malecón a few blocks away. And from May 2027, the classic four-seat jeep now being restored for exactly that.
Espíritu Santo, fishing, horseback rides and tastings, with authorised La Paz providers and the price in plain sight.

How we operate
What stays in La Paz.
Every stay sustains a local network: builders, carpenters, housekeepers, guides and service providers from this city. Each quarter we direct a share to civil organisations in La Paz, and twice a year we support neighbourhoods that need it. We do not publish names and we do not always choose the same cause, because we do not do it to talk about it.
A benefits programme, under written agreement, for authorised agencies and advisors.
